Preparing For Your Legacy Planning Session

If you are ready to get your estate plan in place, we are committed to helping you make the best decisions for you and your family.

We block out 1 hour of an estate planning attorney’s time for your Legacy Planning Session.

We will waive our normal consultation fee of $750 if you can commit to:

  • Completing our questionnaire (the Legacy Inventory and Assessment) at least 3 days before your consultation. This will get you financially organized, which will be a huge benefit to your loved ones regardless of whether you move forward with an estate plan.
  • Watch our Estate Planning Webinar before your consultation, which will provide valuable information on estate planning techniques as well as our process.
  • If you are married and planning together, both spouses need to attend the consultation and watch the webinar. Important decisions will need to be made and you will not be able to fully recap to your spouse all of the valuable information you will receive during the webinar and your session with the attorney.
  • Let us know at least a week in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment.

We are excited to help you get this important planning in place to ensure you
Leave a Legacy Instead of a Mess!
